La pizza è ottima, frutto della passione che anima Nicola e Annalisa , attenti alla ricerca accurata delle materie prime ma anche attenti nel coniugare all' interno del proprio menù tradizione e innovazione. Annalisa poi sempre pronta a soddisfare le esigenze e le necessità della clientela. Veramente una bella realtà."

Ad avermi convinto a provare la pizzeria Ego – e ringrazio di averla scoperta perché credo che non potrò più farne a meno d'ora in poi – sono stati i post sull'omonima pagina Instagram relativi allo studio della fermentazione, dei lieviti e di altri processi metabolici, studiati appositamente per ottenere un impasto eccezionale. C'è davvero uno studio meticoloso dietro la pizza, non è affatto lasciata al caso. Superlativa."
